Passed her Masters’ Exam from CU in 1996, with a First Class. Qualified NET in June’99. Worked as Research Assistant in the Asiatic Society between !997 and 2001, till her appointment as lecturer-in- English.

Areas of interest: Modern European Classics, Cultural Studies and Marxist Literary Criticism.
