Mrs Tonuka Dey received her B.Sc degree in Geography (Honours) in 2003 from University of Calcutta. Master’s Degree (2005) from Jawaharlal Nehru University. She completed her M.Phil (2007) in Population Studies from Jawaharlal Nehru University and her dissertation was on “Determinants of women’s Nutritional Health Status: Revisiting the ‘Maternal Depletion’ debate in the context of India”.
