Soma Bandyopadhyay is an Assistant Professor of Sanskrit Department in Krishnagar Govt. College, has passed M. A in the year 1999 and B. Ed Examination in 2001. In 2004, Smt. Bandyopadhyay has successfully completed her M. Phil degree from Burdwan University. The title of her Ph. D thesis is 'Srimadvagbatgitar Aloke Dharmatatwasamiksha' under the supervision of Dr. Adityanath Bhattacharya. Her special paper in M.A is Literature. She has previously taught at Krishnagar Women's College.
