He was born in Birbhum District, West Bengal. He obtained the B.Sc. Honours, M.Sc and Ph.D degree in Mathematics from The University of Burdwan. He joined the Department of Mathematics, Krishnagar Government Collage as a Lecturer in 2010. His research interest includes the MHD Flow, flow separation, pulsatile flow and Dynamical systems
